Peter has over 10 years experience in the construction and property development industries. His broad knowledge base stems from him having held roles including senior estimator, project supervisor and development manager in one of Sydney’s most successful building companies.

Peter is responsible for Structum’s estimating and cost planning services. All of Structum’s clients deal directly with Peter throughout all facets of their project procurement. This personalised service ensures all client requirements are understood by a direct stakeholder at the outset and sufficient resources are allocated to ensure they are met.

Jim has over 10 years experience in the construction industry and throughout those years he has been exposed to an enormous diversity of project types and sizes. Jim is Structum’s client representative throughout the life of each project and is personally responsible with ensuring all project objectives are met.

As Project Manager, Jim oversees all current projects as well as being Structum’s point of contact for post project relations. His extensive network of sub-contractors allows him to draw on the resources and experience to complete even the most challenging projects successfully.
