Peter has over 10 years experience in the construction and property development industries. His broad knowledge base stems from him having held roles including senior estimator, project supervisor and development manager in top tier building companies.

Peter is responsible for Structum’s estimating and cost planning services. All of Structum’s clients deal directly with Peter throughout all facets of their project procurement. This personalised service ensures all client requirements are understood by a direct stakeholder at the outset and sufficient resources are allocated to ensure they are met.

Jim has over 10 years experience within the construction industry with extensive top tier management skills and knowledge.  He has experience across a wide range of sectors including multi-storey commercial offices, industrial, health, community, refurbishments, and residential projects.  His knowledge extends to project management, contract management, site supervision and estimating.

Jim is directly responsible for the performance and delivery of all construction projects.  His direct involvement with every project ensures all commitments and project objectives are achieved.
