Refurbishment and additions to existing heritage listed church hall, converting space into new child care centre. Construction of new contemporary parich centre adjacent to heritage parish offices with glazed link between both buildings.

A mixed use development consisting 1 retail shop and 3 residential apartments. Project included heritage facade retention, and extremely difficult site access. Structum was involved from DA stage and was able to redesign the facade retention system saving the Client $50,000.
