Nulon Oil Products, Administration Building Construction of new administration office space within existing operating warehouse space. Works included a concrete slab suspended 4.5m above the warehouse level to allow for storage below. Works were staged to allow for operations to continue with minimum disruption for our Client. |

YWCA NSW & Y Hotel Fitout Structum was engaged to undertake design and construct works at the Y Hotel. These works comprised of substantial upgrades to existing services including life cycle replacement of air conditioning, electrical & fire services through five floors of the building including new fire sprinkler pumps. Fitout works comprised of a full strip out of two existing floors and construction of 500m2 office space and 250m2 conference facilities. All construction works were carried out within the 8 storey Y Hotel building, with no interruptions to operations. |

Norwest Private Hospital, Medical Suites Fitout of private medical suite consisting 3 treatment rooms, reception & waiting area, kitchen and staff breakout areas. Works undertaken within the new operating Norwest Private Hospital. Fire & Mechanical services intergrated into base building system. Total program - 4 weeks. |

Uni of NSW Library - External Works Structum were engaged to undertake the complete delivery of the new external seasting area as part of UNSW's total library refurbishment. Works were undertaken within the occupied university campus and involved demolition, civil and concrete works, paving, and furniture installation. |

Birriwa Reserve Amenities Building Construction of a new 2-storey amenities and clubhouse building for Camden Council. Project delivered in just 17 weeks. Works included excavation into an existing embankment, suspended concrete slab, mixed facade, new incoming services and substantial external works. |

St Johns Church Remedial Work, Paddington Structural rectification works to existing heritage buildings previously left in an unsafe state following the financial collapse of the original developer / construction company. Works included the concrete remedial support of existing buttress anchors and the erection of a temporary façade retention system to brace an existing deteriorated sandstone façade. Structum were involved in cost minimisation work groups to assist the receivers in identifying the most cost effective solution. |

Fletcher Residence, Darlinghurst Alterations & additions to existing Darlinghurst terrace. Works include extensive waterproof remediation to upper level bathroom and external terrace, reconstruction of main bathroom, and slab rectification and reconstruction of entire kitchen and living areas. A two level car stacking system is installed within the garage. Above the garage & new laundry a second storey concrete structure contains a fully tiled swimming pool complete with glass viewing window, and a terrace lined in hardwood decking. |

Soho Apartments Common Area Upgrade, Elizabeth Bay Upgrade to existing ground floor foyer and six floors of common corridors within the occupied Soho Apartments in Elizabeth Bay. The GF works included the demolition of the existing 2-storey structural steel and glass façade and replacement by a frameless glass façade and awning. Internally works included a new structural steel “bridge” connecting the carpark through to a future owners meeting room, marble floor finishes and a 2-storey timber veneer joinery wall was constructed which also houses the new letterboxes for the building. Upper floor works included 6 storeys of operable glass louvres. |

Penn Health Office Fitout Interior fitout within occupied office space to create new offices, general workspace, boardroom, and kitchen facility. Original pricing was well over the client’s budget. Structum undertook a number of Value Engineering workshops with the architect and client the result of which was a feasible outcome. The existing space is part used as a call centre so disruption by noise and dust was of significant importance to the client. |

Edstein Residence, Paddington Alterations & additions to an existing Paddington terrace home. Works included the construction of two new bathrooms, substantial joinery throughout the entire home and the creation of an outdoor kitchen integrated back into the home. The home was occupied for the entire duration of works. |

St Judes Childcare & Parish Centres Alterations & additions to existing Heritage Listed church hall converting into a new child care centre and construction of new freestanding parish centre. Heritage works included the removal, restoration and relocation of an existing 2-storey pressed metal proscenium. |

Foyer Refurbishment, Melbourne CBD Structum was engaged as Construction Manager to coordinate the design and construction of a total upgrade to an existing Melbourne CBD foyer. A staged completion was critical to the client to ensure the safety of its 1100 building occupants. All major demolition works and marble flooring was completed within a 2 week shutdown period to minimise disruption. |

Mixed Use Development, Dulwich Hill A mixed use development consisting 1 retail shop and 3 residential apartments. Project included heritage facade retention, and extremely difficult site access. Structum was involved from DA stage and was able to redesign the facade retention system saving the Client $50,000. |

Service Residence, Hunters Hill Alterations & additions to existing Hunters Hill residence. Project involved new structural steel 2-storey structure and extensive use of glass. Works were undertaken within the confines of an occupied premises. |

Hospitality Training Kithen Fitout Structum was engaged as Construction Manager to coordinate the design and construction of a training commercial kitchen facility. Through consultation with the school's trainers and understanding the minimum functional space requirements, Structum was able to increasing the capacity of the room from 18 to 24 students. The works included a 7-storey high external exhaust riser, upgrade to the existing incoming power supply, and installation of a new fresh air supply system to balance the 8 large exhaust hoods. |

Training Patisserie Kitchen & Cafe Structum was engaged as Construction Manager to coordinate the design and construction of a training cafe and patisserie kitchens witihin an operating international hotel school. Timing was a critical factor for the client. The design was fast-tracked with detail resolution being undertaken during construction. Looking to create a benchmark for future expansion, the end result exceeded the client's expectation. |

Administraion Office Fitout Structum was engaged as Construction Manager to coordinate the design and construction of a new 730m2 administration office space. The project inolved the relocation of all administration and teaching staff from the existing premises to this new facility. Integration with the existing IT facilities was critical to ensure a seamless transition. |

Stanisic & Logar Residence, Paddington Alterations & additions to existing Paddington terrace home. The works included the construction of a new GF living & kitchen space, and an upper floor bathroom, laundry and terrace. Finishes included glass mosaic tiles, carrara marble, extensive frameless glass, skylights and glass louvres. The kitchen included a 4.8m wide suspended stone soffit supported off a structural steel system designed by Structum. |

5-Level Classroom Fitout Structum was engaged as Construction Manager to coordinate the design and construction of a 5 Level classroom refurbishment within an operating international hotel and senior high school. Works needed to be coordinated and staged with multiple handovers to allow the normal operation of the schools to proceed uninterupted. |
